How to join the creator network in 4 steps
No lengthy paperwork. The whole route runs through the app and by email — and takes less than ten minutes.
- Download the app. Get elPortalO free in the App Store or on Google Play — only through the official store links. The app is available for iOS and Android.
- Set up your profile and verify. Sign up, choose your creator name and verify as a real person. That builds trust in your stream and is a precondition for working together.
- Add your social channels. Enter your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Snapchat profiles in your elPortalO profile so we can see what content you make.
- Get in touch. Send us an email to info@elportalo.com with the subject “Content Creator” — with your name, your elPortalO username, your platforms, your profile links and, if you like, a link to your content (upload videos or images via WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox). Alternatively, write to us in the app through the support area with the keyword “Content Creator”.

Questions about the creator collaboration
How many followers do I need to take part?
There is no fixed minimum. What interests us is how regularly you produce content and how your community interacts with you. Small, active accounts often work better for joint posts than big, inactive ones.
On which platforms does the collaboration run?
Mainly TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts. If you’re strong on another platform, talk to us — we’re open.
Do I have to go live on elPortalO?
An active, verified profile in the app is a precondition. Live streams are the natural way to create joint content — but pure short-form creators are welcome too. Here’s how to become a streamer.
What does taking part cost me?
Nothing. The app is free, and so is the collaboration. You invest your time and creativity, we invest our reach and our team.
I already have an agency — does it still work?
